A Great Experience
Our daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed at St. John’s Mercy Children’s Hospital in 2007. It was a great experience all around. My daughter and her older sister participated in the surgery prep class, which was reassuring for both of them. The day of the surgery went very well. Our daughter was comfortable and happy the whole time. Wait time was minimal and she was treated very kindly. Several weeks later, we had an impromptu ER visit when the tonsil bleeds had a rebleed. Even that was handled quickly and efficiently.
